Woman Startled Awake by a Stranger in Her Home

A Rancho Bernardo resident found a scary sight Tuesday morning after awakening to find a stranger had in her home, according to a report by the San Diego Union Tribune.

The paper reports that the woman was awakened by noises in her kitchen about 1:50 a.m. He ran off when she called to find out who it was, according to the U-T.

Police arrested Ross Packard, 26, near the home on Pomerado that he is suspected of breaking into.
