Inner Engineering is designed by Sadhguru, a yogi and profound mystic. It is a method, a tool to engineer a deep and lasting personal transformation. Participants will learn simple yogasanas and the powerful Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya, a 21-minute practice that you will be able to do every day.
