LADERA RANCH, CA — Orange County Fire Authority firefighters Tuesday knocked down a five-acre brush fire in Ladera Ranch.
The blaze started about 4:45 p.m. at Narrow Canyon Road and Acaster Way, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
"We're making great progress and stopped the spread toward homes," Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Sean Doran told City News Service. "We're looking good."
The Orange County Fire Authority announced at 6:27 p.m. the fire has been declared under control.
