BJ's Restaurant Is So Close You Can Smell It
The restaurant, on the site of the old TGIF's, is set to open on Monday. Here's a look inside the walls.
BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, on , is almost open for business. The restaurant will open its doors to customers on Oct. 17, beginning at 11 a.m., although the staff began training on Monday with guests who responded to mailers.
More than 200 people, most of them local, were hired by the restaurant, according to senior manager Charles Stanley.
