It's easy!

- 2" to 2 1/2" round paper punch (I found mine at Michaels in the scrapbooking section)
- School mascot image (Google search and download)
- Mortar Board stickers - Mrs. Grossman (I found mine at Timeless Treasurers in RSM)
- Colored paper in school color (Timeless Treasurers in RSM or Michaels)
- Lollipop sticks, colored straws or sandwich pics
- Tape
Instructions:
- Download school mascot image, adjust size to fit punch circle dimension. Print on plain or photo paper for most vibrant colors. Cut out image.
- Punch out colored paper circles.
- Using a glue stick or double stick tape attach mascot picture to paper circle.
- Add mortar board hat sticker to mascot. The front of your topper is now finished.
- Flip the circle over and tape stick to back. You can cover with another paper circle to cover the stick back if desired.
- Bend and snap stick to desired length and push into the top of the cupcake.
