City Of Rancho Santa Margarita: Notice Of Construction - Melinda Median Extension Project

The City of Rancho Santa Margarita and its contractor, I.E. General Engineering, will begin construction of the Melinda Median Extension Project on September 22, 2021.

The Melinda Median Extension construction project includes removing the plain concrete median located immediately south of Paseo Alegria and replacing it with a decorative raised median. 

Construction hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The work will require one lane in each direction to be closed during construction hours; some work may require longer duration closures.

 All driveway and street access will be available and accessible for the duration of the construction. The project is expected to be completed by November 19, 2021.
