City Of Rancho Santa Margarita: Passport Acceptance Facility Reopens At City Hall

Applications are processed by appointment only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Thursdays from Noon to 5 p.m. Passport Services are not available on Friday.

The City's Passport Acceptance Office accepts your application for a passport and forwards all forms and documents to the United States Department of State for processing. The requirements and procedures for obtaining a passport can be found at travel.state.gov. Please visit this page and complete all requirements prior to your appointment. Renewals are not processed at this facility and are accepted at the State Department by mail only. 

Minors under 16 years must be accompanied by both parents.
