Donate Blood In Rancho Santa Margarita, Get A Free Haircut

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — While the season changes from summer to fall, the American Red Cross' need for donated blood remains the same — especially amid a current nationwide blood shortage.

The American Red Cross is hosting a slew of blood drives across Orange County and offering an abundance of incentives for scheduling an appointment.

All donors who donate blood through Sept. 30 will automatically be entered to win a free VIP NASCAR racing experience. In addition, residents who donate before Sept. 30 will receive a free haircut coupon courtesy of Sports Clips.

Residents who donate blood between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31 will automatically receive a free $5 gift card to a vendor of their choice.

In Rancho Santa Margarita, the American Red Cross is hosting the following drives:

• Sept. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Santa Margarita Toyota, 22722 Avenida Empresa.
• Oct. 3, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 30522 Via Con Dios.
• Oct. 9, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at San Francisco Solano Catholic Church, 22082 Antonio Pkwy.
