Lotus 7 Yoga & Pilates will host its bi-annual community wellness event at its new location Rancho Santa Margarita locatoin: Aventura Business Park at 22521 Avenida Empresa, Suites 116 and 117.
There will be a variety of free classes including yoga, meditation, healthy cooking and chiropractic evaluations.
Tribu, fair trade clothing and jewelry will feature a great selection of handmade, eco-friendly, natural fiber clothing and jewelry made from nuts and seeds.

Lotus 7 Yoga & Pilates was voted the “Best
of Orange County” for two years in a row; and this year celebrated their fifth year in business. In addition, Lotus 7 partners with Mission Hospital, Cox Communications, and Johnson & Johnson to offer corporate wellness programs.
