The class is designed for women who want to develop and maintain flexibility, cardio, endurance, and strong bones with gentle stretching, low-impact aerobics, plyometrics, and strength training. Resistance bands, balance balls, and lightweights will be used to incorporate yoga, Pilates, low impact aerobics, and strength training techniques.
