Update: Former Eagle Klay Thompson Cited for Marijuana Possession

Graduate of Santa Margarita High and Pac-10's leading scorer arrested Thursday night near Washington State campus in Pullman.

Washington State junior guard Klay Thompson, the son of former NBA player Mychal Thompson whose name often appears in Patch's "Alumni Report," was cited Thursday on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession near the campus in Pullman, according to this article in Bleacher Report.

Thompson, a 2008 graduate of Santa Margarita High, is the leading scorer in the Pac-10 Conference and the Cougars are scheduled to host UCLA on Saturday afternoon.
