Lacrosse: Reppert Named Head Coach for Santa Margarita Catholic Boys
Brad Reppert was an assistant for the past two seasons with the Eagles.

Brad Reppert, an assistant coach for the boys' lacrosse team at Santa Margarita Catholic the past two seasons, has been named the head coach.
”I am extremely fortunate to be the new head lacrosse coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School," he said. "In getting to know most of the parents, players, and staff over the past couple of years this was an easy decision for me.
“It's imperative that we distinguish a winning culture in the SM lacrosse community from the top to the bottom. The Eagles will make some noise this year and achieve our goal to become one of the top programs in Orange County and gain some national recognition.”

His older brother played collegiately at Navy where he is currently an assistant coach and his younger sister played club lacrosse at Auburn. Reppert currently resides in San Clemente and works as a sales rep for Stillwater Communications.
He brings an extensive lacrosse background including a professional career, most recently with the Los Angeles Riptide in 2007. He also played for the San Francisco Dragons in 2006 and the Anaheim Storm in 2004.

Reppert’s collegiate accolades include: Division I All-American status, captain of his Towson University team in 2002, North-South All-Star Selection in 2002, and a Top 50 All-Time player selection for Towson University.
His immediate goals for the team are to win the Trinity League as well as the CIF Championship.
“I truly believe we have the talent to achieve these goals this year, he said. “I really want SM to be a nationally recognized program.”
Director of lacrosse Vince Garcia is looking forward to seeing the team grow under Reppert’s leadership.
“Brad brings passion and intensity for the sport of lacrosse,” Garcia said. “He is driven to succeed and this will be passed along to our players and coaching staff. He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience.”
The boys' lacrosse program is coming of a successful 2010 campaign where they amassed a 12-2 record and look to build on that under their new head coach.
