(Ladera Ranch, California) - Shredz Gym is now open in Ladera Ranch’s Terrace Shops, 1501 Corporate Drive. The 3,200 square foot, cutting edge family friendly gym is open seven days a week with affordable pricing plans for every budget. The Grand Opening Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony takes place Friday at Shredz Gym at 4 P.M. The entire family is invited!

According to the most recent statistics from the U.S. Deptartment Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, “American Time Use Survey 2016”, Americans 15 and above averaged almost three hours a day watching TV, almost an hour a day socializing, and less than a half-an hour a day nearly equally reading for personal interest, thinking/relaxing and participating in sports, exercise and recreation. Times increased for TV on the weekends.
Smartphone use for 2017 for the average American (18+) was almost 3 hours a day.

Shredz Gym is open every day. Hours Monday through Friday are 5 AM to 10 PM. Saturday hours 5 AM to 8 PM. Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM.
No matter what the time constraint is on any-given day — there is always another day to get into he gym.
The CDC.gov suggests identifying at least three 30-minute time slots you could use for physical activity after monitoring your daily activities for one week (https://www.cdc.gov/physicalactivity/basics/adding-pa/barriers.html).

The CDC says to schedule physical activity for times in the day or week when you feel energetic.
The staff and on-site trainers at Shredz Gym all come from experienced fitness backgrounds, including the owner of the gym, Brittany De Anda, who started her career as a National Physique Committee (NPC) bikini competitor out of San Diego.
