Learn More About Tidepools At Library Event In RSM

A mobile tidepool experience is rolling into Rancho Santa Margarita this month, and here's how to be a part of the fun.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Do you have little ones eager to learn more about the underwater world all around us?

Orange County Public Libraries is sending a mobile tidepool experience to Rancho Santa Margarita on Monday, June 12, and residents are encouraged to get out and be a part of the fun.

Residents who participate in the "Traveling Tidepools" experience will enjoy a fun and educational opportunity to interact with real sea life.

The event serves as a kick-off to the library's Summer Reading Program, and participants can meet several species including sting rays, sharks, sea stars, hermit crabs and more.

The "Traveling Tidepools" experience takes place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, June 12 at the Rancho Santa Margarita Library. For more information, view the flyer.
