RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Rancho Santa Margarita residents woke up Tuesday morning to clear blue skies, crisp temperatures and giant snow-packed mountains.
Cindy Sawyer has been living in Rancho Santa Margarita for 23 years, and posted this photo to Facebook on Monday.
"That's it — cancel everything," Cindy wrote. "It's a snow day in RSM."
