Man, 60, Accused Of Sitting Naked In Car In Rancho Santa Margarita Neighborhood: OCSD

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — A 60-year-old man already twice convicted of exposing himself in public was accused of sitting nude in a vehicle in Rancho Santa Margarita, the Orange County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday.
Robert Allan Suess was charged Tuesday with a felony count of indecent exposure with a previous conviction of the same crime, Orange County court records show.
Suess pleaded not guilty and is next scheduled to appear in court April 19 for a pretrial hearing in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach, court records said.

The man posted bail and was released from custody Wednesday. He was arrested after Orange County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched at 5:18 p.m. on Easter Sunday regarding a naked man in a vehicle in the 30000 block of Esperanza Road, according to the OCSD Sgt. Mike Woodroof.
Suess was previously convicted in May 22, 2018, when he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of lewd conduct in a public place, court records show.

As part of the plea deal, a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction and a felony count of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Suess was also convicted April 16, 2015, of misdemeanor counts of lewd conduct in a public place and indecent exposure, according to court records.
