Man Accused Of Arson At South OC Grocery Store Arrested

LAGUNA HILLS, CA — A man was arrested Tuesday morning as a part of an ongoing arson investigation, the Orange County Sheriff's Department reported.

According to the department, deputies were called to assist the Orange County Fire Authority Tuesday morning in an arson investigation at a Smart and Final Extra in Laguna Hills.

Once deputies arrived, firefighters gave a description of a possible arson suspect. Later, that suspect was found in the City of Aliso Viejo. He was arrested.

According to authorities, the crime was captured on video surveillance.

No information about the suspect was released.
