Man Who Exposed Himself To Girls In RSM, Trabuco Canyon Pleads Guilty
A 36-year-old Trabuco Canyon man pleaded guilty to exposing himself to 10 Orange County girls in 2018.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A 36-year-old Trabuco Canyon man pleaded guilty to exposing himself to 10 girls over a five-month period in 2018 and was immediately placed on one year of probation, court records show.
Travis Benjamin Kaszynski pleaded guilty to 10 counts of indecent exposure and nine counts of child annoyance, all misdemeanors, court records show. He was arrested in 2018.
Kaszynski accepted a plea deal from Orange County Superior Court Judge John Adams, which removed a felony count of kidnapping along with single misdemeanor counts each of child annoyance and indecent exposure.

Prosecutors objected to the plea deal, reports said.
Kaszynski was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but suspended the punishment if he clears his year of probation. In addition, he must register as a sex offender for at least ten years.
