Motorcycle Rider Dies In 57 Freeway Crash

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — The Orange County coroner's office identified a motorcyclist who was killed on the Orange (57) Freeway in Brea.

Jeffrey Ortberg, 58, a resident of Hesperia, was killed in the collision the Orange County coroner's office said.

The crash was reported at 5:42 p.m. Saturday on the northbound Orange Freeway at the eastbound Imperial (90) Highway on ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Ortberg was "the operator of a motorcycle versus pickup truck," the coroner's office said.
