RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — When you live in Orange County, sometimes you don't need to take a trip to a museum to see a work of art. All Rancho Santa Margarita resident photographer Scott Plummer had to do was pay a visit to the Altisima Overview and look up, and a work of art presented itself to him.
