<p>RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Rancho Santa Margarita residents on the hunt to adopt a forever friend this holiday season can join in on a very special adoption event on Friday, Dec. 15. </p><p>The event will feature adoptable dogs, cats, small animals and community resources in a festive holiday setting. </p><p>The pop-up event will be held by the Pet Adoption Center of Orange County in collaboration with the office of OC Supervisor Don Wagner, Mission Viejo Animal Services and nonprofit HEART. </p><p>The holiday adoption event takes place on from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 15 in the atrium area between Rancho Santa Margarita City Hall and The Bell Tower Regional Community Center.</p>
