Tesoro High School Teacher Arrested On Child Porn Charges
Tesoro High School part time animation teacher was placed on administrative leave by the Capistrano Unified School District, officials say.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — A Tesoro high school animation teacher and Lake Elsinore resident was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of distributing child pornography, officials say.
Fontana police arrested 30-year-old Keh-Tain Culbreath, Thursday and he's currently being held in lieu of $100,000 at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, according to online inmate records.
Detectives learned Culbreath is a part-time teacher at Tesoro High School.

Ryan Burris, a spokesperson for the Capistrano Unified School District stated that the school district was notified of Culbreath's arrest by Fontana police.
According to Burris, Culbreath has been placed on unpaid leave.

"As always, we will work with Fontana Police Department through their investigation and we appreciate their efforts in keeping our community safe," Burris said in a released statement from Capistrano Unified.
Culbreath, formerly a resident of Fontana, currently a Lake Elsinore resident, was taken into custody by the Internet Crimes Against Children task force.
Authorities from that task force searched Culbreath's Lake Elsinore home and found hundreds of child pornographic videos and images on his electronic storage devices, according to the Fontana Police Department.
