Rancho Santa Margarita Planning Commission Nov. Meeting Canceled

Known as the 6th Cycle Housing Element, it will cover city housing plans from 2021 through 2029, according to Kuta. The 5th Cycle Housing Element plan covered city housing plans from 2013 to 2021.

The document focuses on affordable housing, first-time home buyer's assistance, energy conservation, removing constraints on housing maintenance and improvement, and expanding housing opportunities for all.
