RSM City Gears Up For Annual Patriot Day Festivities

Rancho Santa Margarita residents can gather to honor and pay homage to the men and women who died on Sept. 11 2001 at the Saturday ceremony.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Rancho Santa Margarita residents looking to honor and pay remembrance to those who lost their lives during the Sept. 11 2001 terrorist attacks can participate in the city's annual Patriot Day Ceremony on Saturday.

Residents can join in the ceremony with local Scouts, city officials as well as veterans and service members the day of the event. The city recommended the participating residents bring lawn chairs for personal comfort.

The City of Rancho Santa Margarita's annual Patriot Day Ceremony takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, at the Rancho Santa Margarita Civic Plaza, 22232 El Paseo.
