RSM Splash Pad Reopens After Maintenance
Rancho Santa Margarita residents do not have to make a reservation in order to enjoy the community splash pad.
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Rancho Santa Margarita's Central Park Splash Pad reopened Thursday after maintenance repairs, city spokesperson Laura Lopez told Patch.
The splash pad was closed to the community for repairs late April.
Starting Memorial Day weekend, the splash pad's operating hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, Lopez said.

Rancho Santa Margarita residents do not need to create a reservation to visit the splash pad. Lopez said that in the future — and depending on the amount of people who want to visit the splash pad — the need for a reservation system will be reevaluated and updated as needed.
Residents should be aware that the Splash Pad may be closed at any time based on bad weather or maintenance, the city said in a statement.
