RSM State Of The City To Host Very Special Guest
Want to stay informed with what's happening in Rancho Santa Margarita? Residents can grab tickets to the annual speech before Nov. 9.
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA β Are you looking to stay in the know about the current happenings in your town? The 2023 State of the City is quickly approaching, and Rancho Santa Margarita residents who attend will hear from a very special guest.
This year's State of the City address will be delivered on Nov. 9 by Mayor Jerry Holloway. In addition, special guest Anthony R. Moiso will be speaking at the event.
According to the city, Moiso established Santa Margarita Company in 1983 to manage, plan and continue the development of Rancho Mission Viejo.

From 1983 until 1996, Santa Margarita Company was responsible for the master planning and development of the 5,000-acre city of Rancho Santa Margarita and the 1,000-acre planned community of Las Flores.
In 1996, Moiso founded Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC, to plan and develop the 4,000-acre city of Ladera Ranch and to continue managing, planning and developing Rancho Mission Viejo's remaining 23,000 acres.

The Rancho Santa Margarita 2023 State of the City is sponsored by the RSM Chamber of Commerce and takes place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 9 at 22682 Golf Club Drive.
