Poll: Who Will Win the Rumble at the Ranch?

Not even the great blackout of 2011 can keep Tesoro and Santa Margarita Catholic from keeping their appointed date with destiny.

The two schools will face each other tonight at 7 p.m. at Saddleback College in the second annual Rumble at the Ranch.

It includes two of Orange County's best teams, one public and one private, facing each other in a neighborhood rivalry.

This is the second meeting between the schools. Tesoro won last year's game by scoring four second-half touchdowns in a 35-21 victory; Santa Margarita held a 21-7 lead in the third quarter but committed an what would turn out to be an uncharacteristic four turnovers in the second half.

Nate Tago, who had a great game last week for Tesoro, score four touchdowns last year against the Eagles.

Befitting such an event, it is the subject of the first Rancho Santa Margarita Patch poll. Go ahead and tell us who's going to win it.
