Artist renderings of the proposed Walmart Supercenter project for north Redlands were displayed Wednesday evening at a public hearing at Citrus Valley High School.
The development plan proposes a 256,614-square-foot retail and commercial center on 32.9 acres at San Bernardino Avenue and Tennessee Street, according to city records.
The Walmart Supercenter is proposed as a 196,114-square-foot store, and the plan includes nine out-parcels with potential for 60,500 square feet for three fast-food drive-thru restaurants and other retail and restaurant space, according city of Redlands staff.
