Safe Trick or Treat

The Downtown Redlands Business Association and participating merchants in the downtown area will be handing out goodies to little ghosts and goblins who might wander down with parents and guardians. There will also be Halloween stories, both silly and spooky in Ed Hales Park compliments of Frugal Frigate Bookstore. There will also be musical performances courtesy of the Sixth Street School of Music.
