LL Trucker Allegedly Solicits Prostitute

A Loma Linda truck driver was cited early Tuesday on suspicion of soliciting prostitution at a San Joaquin County truck stop near Modesto, according to Ripon police.

A truck driver from Loma Linda was cited Tuesday Aug. 21 at a San Joaquin County truck stop in connection with prostitution, according to Ripon police.

Mark Rony Saha, 35, of Loma Linda, admitted to police he and a female engaged in a sexual act for money inside the cab of his truck, CBS Sacramento reported.

Police were called early Tuesday to the Flying J Truck Plaza on Jack Tone Road in Ripon to investigate a report of prostitution.

Damaris Quezada, 22, of Ceres, was arrested on suspicion of prostitution, conspiracy and contributing to delinquency of a minor, ABC News 10 reported.

Quezada admitted to officers she put an ad on the Internet to be contacted for a "good time," and she engaged in a sex act with Saha at the lot, Ripon police 1st Sgt. Steve Merchant told ABC News 10.

Quezada was with Andres Felipe Izquierdo, 28, of Turlock, and a 17-year-old boy from Ripon, according to police. Merchant told reporters the two males admitted driving Quezada to meet the trucker.

Izquierdo was arrested on a parole hold, suspicion of conspiracy, aiding in prostitution, and contributing to delinqency of a minor, according to police. Quezada and Izquierdo were booked at San Joaquin County Jail.

The teenager was cited and released on charges of conspiracy, aiding in prostitution, and circulating unauthorized money, according to police.

Saha was cited and released on a charge of solicitation of prostitution, according to police.

Ripon is northwest of Modesto on Highway 99, about 380 miles north of Loma Linda and Redlands.
