1) Swirl Candy: Cut a 1-inch wide strip down the long side of the white, bright pink and red craft foam sheets. Each strip should be about 11 inches long.
2) Swirl Candy: Stack the strips on top of each other. Starting at one end, roll them up tightly. Secure your Swirl Candy with glue at the strip ends to hold the roll in place.
3) Swirl Candy: Rub a little glue onto the swirl sides and sprinkle with iridescent glitter. Let dry.
4) Green Candy: Using wavy edge scissors, cut a 3 ½" x 11" piece of Kelly green craft foam. Starting at the short end, roll the green foam up tightly and then glue the end down to secure.
5) Green Candy: Cut a 3/8" wide strip down the long side of the lime green craft foam sheet using regular scissors. Wrap diagonally around the Kelly green foam roll and secure ends with glue.
6) Green Candy: Rub a little glue onto the lime green strip and sprinkle with iridescent glitter. Let dry.
7) Blue Dotty Candy: Using wavy edge scissors, cut a 3 ½-inch by 11-inch piece of blue craft foam. Starting at the short end, roll the blue foam up tightly and then glue the end down to secure.
8) Blue Dotty Candy: Print, cut out and trace the dot patterns on the orange craft foam. Cut out 8 dots—4 of each size. Glue onto the blue roll.
9) Blue Dotty Candy: Rub a little glue onto the orange dots and sprinkle with iridescent glitter. Let dry.
10) Wrappers: Cut out a 6-inch by 9-inch piece of clear cellophane. Place your Swirl Candy onto the cellophane. Wrap the cellophane around it and tape in place. Twist the cellophane at each end to form a candy wrapper. Repeat with the Green Candy and Blue Dotty Candy.
11) Ties: Cut 3 gold shimmer chenille stems in half. Twist each half around wrapper ends to secure.
12) Cords: For each candy, tie a 10-inch hanging cord to both ends as shown.
