Man Holds Up Redlands Pizza Joint, Takes Off With Cash
Redlands police say the crime happened Monday afternoon at a local Little Ceasar's restaurant.
Police were looking Tuesday for a man suspect of holding up a clerk at a Redlands pizza eatery, and taking off with the business's cash.
Redlands Police Spokesman Carl Baker says the incident happened around 3:25 p.m. Monday at the Little Caesar’s Pizza at 2094 W. Redlands Blvd.
"The robber approached an employee, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the cash register," Baker said in a police report. "He was last seen fleeing the restaurant through the parking lot."
According to Baker, the man is described as a white, between 30 and 40 years old, 5'1" tall, 130 pounds with blue eyes, with blond hair and a goatee.
"He was last seen wearing a red and black flannel shirt and beige cargo shorts," Baker said.
