'Overflow Crowd' Possible for Redlands Council Meeting, Extra Room Set Aside

An "overflow crowd" is possible at Tuesday night's meeting of the Redlands City Council and extra room has been set aside if council chambers are filled to capacity, a city spokesman said Tuesday afternoon.
Residents are being urged to watch the council meeting live on Channel 3 for Time Warner Cable customers, Channel 35 for Verizon customers, or online at www.cityofredlands.org, Redlands spokesman Carl Baker said.
Business the Redlands council is expected to consider Oct. 16 includes the Super Walmart project, an agreement with a church that cut down healthy Redwood trees, and a memorandum of understanding with the Redlands Professional Firefighters Association, according to the agenda.
