Personal Empowerment and Self-Defense

This is a safety program designed for girls going off to college, to make them aware of their surroundings and how to properly react when confronted by a dangerous situation.

You will learn how to recognize and protect yourself from Date and Acquaintance assault, single and multiple attackers, psychological intimidation tactics, physical protection skills and overall how to recognize and respond to dangerous situations.

This course will be conducted by Dr. Judith Fein, former Military Intelligence officer, Tae Kwon Do Black Belt and nationally recognized self-defense expert.
