Plymouth Village Announces Partnership with Consonus Healthcare
New Venture Provides Innovative Rehab and Therapy Services to Redlands Seniors

REDLANDS, CA. – Plymouth Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Redlands, has formed a new partnership with Consonus Healthcare in order to maintain high quality rehab and therapy services for area older adults. Consonus, a national leader in rehab, will provide inpatient and outpatient services to Plymouth Village residents, as well as local seniors in the Inland Empire area.
Keith Kasin, Executive Director at Plymouth Village, said that the community is thrilled to provide the much needed rehab services to all Redlands seniors.
“The Village, our health and rehab center, is not exclusive to individuals residing at Plymouth Village,” said Kasin. “Given availability, short-term therapy stays may be coordinated following an elective surgery or an unexpected hospitalization.”

Consonus is maintaining Plymouth Village’s current staff, as well as actively hiring additional therapists to add to the team. Additionally, the community will be incorporating new therapy and rehab equipment to enhance services.
“They are truly focused on the needs and preferences of the residents and others here for short-term rehab,” added Kasin. “When someone has a need, we want them to come to us because of our expertise. Consonus offers major tools in achieving that goal.”
