Redlands Email Servers Have Crashed

If you're trying to reach a city staffer with a cityofredlands.org account, you will likely need to call.

If you’re trying to reach someone at Redlands City Hall, you might want to try a more traditional method, like a phone.

About 5:30 p.m.  city officials announced through Facebook that their email server has crashed and it has affected all cityofredlands.org accounts.

“The server is expected to be out through Tuesday, April 30,” officials wrote. “If you need to reach City of Redlands offices, please call the appropriate department. The outage does not affect Police Department or Fire Department email accounts, officials added.

Emails sent to a cityofredlands.org account in the past two days may not have been delivered, officials said. And it is unknown whether undelivered emails will be available when the server is repaired.

The city’s Facebook page is not connected to the accounts but should not be used to reach a specific person within city hall.

The number to the city is (909) 335-4755.
