Redlands Pair Charged in Palm Desert Storage Facility Burglaries
Sheriff's officials say they found stolen property, drugs and more at their house.

PALM DESERT, CA- A man and woman who allegedly burglarized a Palm Desert storage facility were charged Friday with burglary, possession of controlled substances and other crimes. Redlands residents Marcos Iglesias, 44, and Allie Tilghman, 26, are accused of breaking into two units at Life Storage on Sept. 20 and Sept. 24, according to the criminal complaint.
According to sheriff's officials, "multiple" commercial burglaries happened throughout the month of September at a storage facility on Harris Lane in Palm Desert. Iglesias and Tilghman were ultimately identified as the suspects in the case and investigators last week served a search warrant at a house on the 32-000 block of San Timoteo Canyon Road in Redlands, just west of the Beaumont border.
"The search warrant resulted in additional stolen property, evidence related to the commercial burglaries, a firearm, and suspected methamphetamine," sheriff's Sgt. Robert Garcia said in a news release.
