University of Redlands, Chaffey College of Rancho Cucamonga Team Up

Administrators with the University of Redlands and Chaffey College signed an agreement Thursday in Rancho Cucamonga to allow qualified Chaffey students admission to the four-year university, U of R announced.

"Through this agreement, Redlands offers a tuition discount to Chaffey College students who transfer directly to the University of Redlands School of Business," U of R spokeswoman Patty Zurita said.

Chaffey College is a two-year public institution on Haven Avenue north of the 210 Freeway that offers transfer, occupational, and special interest programs.

The University of Redlands has a Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario campus, south of Chaffey College and the 210 Freeway on Haven Avenue.

A memorandum of understanding was signed Sept. 13 at Chaffey College, Zurita said.
