2 Houston Men Arrested For Alleged 'Bank Jugging' In Torrance
Investigators are looking into their potential connection to five men, all from Houston, arrested earlier this month for the same crime.

REDONDO BEACH, CA – Two more suspects, both from Houston, have been arrested in Torrance for allegedly attempting to rob victims as they were walking out of banks. Investigators are looking into their potential connection to five men arrested earlier this month in the so-called "bank jugging" cases.
Cedric Fleming, 28, and Beshundra Tucker, 35, allegedly attempted two "bank jugging" crimes after leaving the Torrance courthouse on Jan. 16. The two were free on bail and were set to answer for burglary arrests in November but the hearing was rescheduled, according to Torrance police Sgt. Ronald Harris.
Fleming and Tucker were seen by investigators allegedly making two bank jugging attempts after leaving court.

"The suspects followed customers from Hanmi Bank branches in (the) cities of Rowland Heights and Van Nuys," Harris said. "Investigators submitted their observations to the court and obtained warrants for (the suspects') arrests."
Fleming and Tucker were collared on Wednesday when they returned to court for the rescheduled hearing, Harris said.

Five men from Houston were arrested by Torrance police on Jan. 17 for alleged bank jugging crimes.
The suspects, all ranging in age from 20-27, were booked on suspicion of various crimes, including robbery, conspiracy and vehicle burglary, Harris said.
According to Harris, a victim who just left a financial institution had $16,000 taken from his parked vehicle while he ate lunch on Jan. 16 in a Taco Bell.
"Investigators quickly identified multiple suspects, then observed them commit a robbery the following day after a customer left a Hanmi Bank branch in Los Angeles," Harris said. "Investigators recovered stolen money and binoculars during their follow-up searches."
The suspects were identified as Trey Dickerson, 25; Sebastian Glass, 20; Shai Fields, 24; Adrian Caldwell, 26; and Darrian Haywood, 27.
Investigators are looking into if the seven suspects are part of the same crew or gang, Harris said.
