Police Search For Burglary Suspects In Redondo Beach

Residents are urged to be on the alert for suspicious activity in north Redondo Beach, where police set up a containment zone Thursday.

REDONDO BEACH, CA — Police in Redondo Beach are searching for residential burglary suspects and urged residents to be on alert Thursday afternoon.

Redondo Beach Police Department officers responded to a report of a residential burglary in the 2400 block of Graham Avenue at about 3:45 p.m. Thursday and quickly set up a containment area around Graham Avenue and Phelan Lane, said Lt. Mike Strosnider.

"Two people are detained," said Strosnider.

The search for remaining suspects is ongoing, and residents are urged to call 9-1-1 if they suspicious activity in the area.
