REDONDO BEACH, CA — A new development of 43 luxury townhomes starting at about $2 million will open for sales this weekend in Redondo Beach, according to developer Toll Brothers.
According to Yahoo, the company announced Monday that sales will begin Saturday, Sept. 19, for Toll Brothers at Redondo Beach, a new community along Pacific Coast Highway near Vincent Street.
An offsite sales center at 101 N. Pacific Coast Highway, Unit 102, is also scheduled to open Saturday. Model homes are expected to open in early 2027, Toll Brothers said.
The development will include three-bedroom townhomes with attached two-car garages. Toll Brothers says homes will range from about 1,400 to 2,200 square feet.
The developer's current community page lists four home designs ranging from about 1,730 to 2,123 square feet, with two- and three-story floor plans.
Toll Brothers first announced the Redondo Beach project in March, saying at the time that site work was underway and sales were expected to begin in summer 2026.
The development is located near Pacific Coast Highway and Vincent Street, within the Redondo Beach Unified School District and near the Redondo Beach Pier and harbor.
Homes are expected to start in the $2 million range, according to Toll Brothers' project listing.
Nick Norvilas, group president of Toll Brothers in Los Angeles, said in Monday's announcement that the company was pleased to bring the new community to Redondo Beach, citing its coastal location and customizable home designs. The company said buyers will be able to choose interior finishes through its design studio.
