Help Cancer Support Community by Voting on Facebook

Cancer Support Community-Redondo Beach (CSC-RB), a local nonprofit offering more than 140 free monthly support programs to cancer patients and their families is requesting the public’s votes for an opportunity to win up to $250,000 in grant funding through Chase Bank’s Community Giving Program.

Chase is donating a total of $5,000,000 to the top 196 eligible charities who receive the most votes. As a nominated eligible charity, CSC-RB stands to receive $10,000 - $250,000. To support CSC-RB, simply “like” the Chase Community Giving Facebook page at www.facebook.com/chasecommunitygiving  and “allow” the application which permits voting. Participants get 2 votes automatically to use on Facebook—one of which can be used to vote for CSC-RB. Make sure to enter “Cancer Support Community (no dash) Redondo Beach” when searching charities. An extra vote can be earned by sharing the link from Chase Community Giving application with a friend.  In addition, Chase customers can receive 2 extra votes by visiting www.Chase.com/ChaseGiving . “This marks our 25th year of serving cancer patients and their loved ones free of charge—these funds will be a vital catalyst for our ongoing mission. Please support us by voting for us on Facebook,” said Judith Opdahl, CSC-RB Executive Director.
