Redondo Beach Troop 10475 out of Jefferson Elementary School celebrated the 100th birthday of the Girl Scouts of America organization Monday night, along with other troops across the country.
Troop 10475 recognized the evening with cake. Members will attend an official 100th celebration event with other South Bay troops later in the month.
