Recap: Wine Tasting at Dolce Vita Cafe

Mammamia! What an incredible evening!

Mario Martinoli of Dolce Vita Cafe, Daiana Baldanzi of Academy of Foreign Languages, Bianca Dellepiane of Bridges to Italy, Cosimo Pizzulli of Pizzulli Family Wines and Chase Hoyt of Wine Doctor hosted a fabulous wine tasting event last night at Dolce Vita Cafe!

Cosimo presented four of his amazing wines—a Sangiovese, Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo—and Mario paired each one with an authentic pasta dish.

Over fifty foodies and oenophiles attended the event and it was such a success, I imagine they’ll be planning another one in the not too distant future.

There was a raffle for a fabulous little wine saving device from Wine Doctor and luck was with me! I think this was the third time I’ve won the raffle at these events, so I’m now officially removing myself from future drawings. If my name is picked again, I will gracefully recuse myself! Pinky-swear!
