Beach Cities Sumer Free Fitness Series is back with Mindful Yoga on the Beach, on the sand near Scotty's Restaurant, 1100 Strand, Hermosa Beach. This event is in partnership with the City of Hermosa Beach. Instructors from BCHD’s Center for Health & Fitness will lead all Free Fitness sessions. Please see www.bchd.org/freefitness to register. On-site registration is also available at check-in. Pre-registration closes at 12 p.m. but walk-ups are welcome. (Note: There will not be a Free Fitness event on June 16.)
