Keynote speaker is Captain Blaine Pitkin, USN, Naval Station Seal Beach. Music provided by the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band, MCAS Miramar. Event hosted by the City of Redondo Beach, Elks Lodge #1378 and the Redondo Beach Veterans Memorial Task Force. Supported by the Coastal Division Naval Sea Cadets, Redondo High USMC JROTC and the Scouts. Ceremony open to the public. Event followed by BBQ at the Elks Lodge.
