Annual El Segundo Blue butterfly walk in Redondo Beach

This year the ESB’s host plant is blooming a little earlier.

Join us for an El Segundo Blue butterfly discovery walk on the following Saturdays:
June 6
June 13
June 20

Our hosts, Ann Dalkey, SBPC Advisory Board Member and Esplanade Bluff Restoration Project Biologist and Mary Simun, SBPC Board Member, Educator and Biologist, will be leading the walks.

We will walk and talk discussing the habitat, the host plant, and of course search for the butterflies! ​

LOCATION meet on the sidewalk north of Miramar Park in REDONDO BEACH near the intersection of the Esplanade and Vista Del Mar.  Look for the butterfly costume!!!

There is a parking lot just north of Miramar Park as well as street parking (both metered) if you are driving to the event. The walk is on paved surfaces, accessible to most.
