Learn about the risk factors for dementia.  The Alzheimer's Association and Beach Cities Health District will present a program to help us understand the science -backed actions people can take to support memory and build brain healthy habits.  The will be time for questions and answers.  The program is at the Redondo Beach Main Library - 303 N. Pacific Coast Highway, Redondo Beach CA 90277
