Keep Breathing Yoga offers year-round outdoor classes on the sand at Knob Hill in Redondo Beach, California. Since 2012, Kerri Sheybani has welcomed students of all levels to practice yoga with the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop. Kerri is a Registered Yoga Teacher affiliated with Cloud Nine Yoga. Her Hatha flow classes combine breath and movement to build strength, balance, focus and mindfulness, while the sand adds a natural challenge to the practice. In addition to beach classes, Keep Breathing Yoga hosts yoga retreats in locations such as Ojai and Murrieta. Classes offer a supportive, community-focused environment where students can move, breathe and reconnect. Registration and payment are processed through the City of Redondo Beach.
