Baleen (the waterfront restaurant at The Portofino Hotel in Redondo Beach) is launching Dockside Drafts, a monthly tap takeover series. Each month, a different Southern California brewery will take over their bar taps and guests can meet the brewers + sip highlighted pours at 10% off.
The series kicks off with nearby Absolution Brewing Company on August 21. They’ll be taking over six taps and featuring their Forbidden Blonde Ale, Cruisin’ South Baja Lager, Su-Do! Pilsner, 405 West Coast Premium IPA, Juice Demon Hazy IPA, and Juuci Tart.
When: Every third Friday, 4-8pm (launching August 21 with Absolution Brewing Company, next event September 18 featuring Project Barley)
